Return Policy

At Absorbetech, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have  7 days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Returns can be logged with sales@absorbetech.com, and then further instructions will be provided as to which warehouse the items need to be taken to.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 14 days.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Please note:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

• We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after receipt.

• Refunds will only be issued for the price of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable.
